Pneumatic silencers and mufflers are made of sintered bronze, sintered stainless steel powder and HDPE shaped flake powder. Pneumatic silencers and mufflers are easy to install and maintain, particularly suitable for where space is limited.
Pneumatic silencers and mufflers are used to diffuse air and muffle noise from the exhaust ports of air valves, air cylinders and air tools to an acceptable level within OSHA noise requirements.
Pneumatic silencers and mufflers can also be used as filters to prevent metal chips, abrasive grits, dust from entering open exhaust ports and causing premature valve failure.
Available thread sizes range from M5 to M20, 10-32UNF, 1/8" to 2".
